If a bot has stopped because of an error, always try to restart it. There are sometimes interruptions in an exchange’s API interfaces. At startup, the bot will always try to pick up the work again in the current situation, short-change and complete its active cycle.
Check the error that caused the bot to stop. The bot error text can be seen in the bot output table of the Statistics menu by clicking on the icon in the column "Error". Usually the reason why the bot has stopped is immediately clear.
If a bot malfunction was caused by the user cancelling the bot orders and (or) creating one or more orders manually on the stock exchange, thereby completing the active cycle of the bot manually, then let the bot know that it does not need to calculate and try to complete its active cycle at launch. To do this, click the "Mark Last Cycle as Cancelled" button. The bot will forget its active cycle and start a new cycle at startup, and it will not try to complete the broken cycle, which is already impossible anyways. The button "Mark the last cycle as cancelled" can be found in the menu of statistics and control of a particular bot, you can click on it by the bot name in the output table of all bots of the Statistics menu.
