You can configure a common notation for all bots on the user profile page by opening the Notifications menu. The specified settings will be valid for all your bots.
If you want to set your unique notation settings to one or more bots, this can be done by editing each of them in the "Notification" section.
You can edit bots in the Bots menu.
Notification options:

  • WEB. Information about the event will be displayed in the header of the user's personal account.
  • E-mail. The event information will be sent to the user’s e-mail address. You can specify multiple e-mail addresses.
  • SMS. The event information will be sent by SMS. You can provide several phone numbers.
  • Telegram. Information about the event will be sent to Telegram with the use of a Telegram bot. To enable Telegram notifications you must do exactly as described in our article on Telegram Notification.

Notification events:

  • The locking order (take-profit order) is executed: When executing a take-profit order, a notice will be sent to the user.
  • The entire order grid has been executed: If all the orders of the safety net have been executed, the notice will be sent to the user.
  • Errors: If there is any error in the work of the bot, a notification about it will be sent to the user.
  • Balance: If funds on the internal balance of the RevenueBot account run out, a notification will be sent to the user.
  • News: A notification about news about our platform will be sent to the user.
  • The balance of the token for the payment of the commission (BNB) is low: If the BNB coin balance on the BINANCE exchange is insufficient to run the bot, a notification will be sent to the user.
  • The bot started: A notification will be sent when the bot starts operating.
  • The bot stopped: If the bot stops operating, a notification will be sent.
  • Income statement: Income information will be sent to the user for the chosen period of time (daily, weekly, monthly).
