FASTAPI is a convenient, fast and secure way to create API keys. With FASTAPI, you can automatically generate and bind API keys in a couple of clicks without having to enter them manually.
Another of the main advantages of FASTAPI is that it has no expiration date: it will remain active until you remove it.
At the time of writing, our platform supports FASTAPI connection on the Binance, ByBit, Gate.io, HTX and OKX exchanges.
In this tutorial we will show an example of creating a FASTAPI for the Binance exchange.
If futures trading is enabled in your Binance account, then using Binance FASTAPI, 3 separate API keys are created at once - Spot, Futures USDS-M, Futures COIN-M.
To use this feature, you need to go to the add API key page, select the Binance exchange and click the “FASTAPI connection” link, you will be redirected to your Binance account, where you will need to approve access. If you are not authorized on the exchange, you will first need to log in, it is better to do this before creating an API key.
Next, approve access to your account to create API access.
After successful completion of the operation, you will receive a message "The 'FastAPI key' has been successfully created" and you will be able to use the created keys for the Binance Spot, Futures USDS-M and COIN-M exchange.
