This setting is found in the advanced bot settings. Use it to set the levels from which the bot will start work.
The setting sets a maximum price above which the bot will not start a cycle for the LONG algorithm (the price level where you do not buy because the price is too high) and a minimum price below which the bot will not start a cycle with the SHORT algorithm (price level where you do not think it is worth to sell because the price is too low).
